After taking some in studio, casual, senior portraits, Angela wanted to expand her senior portraits eve
n further by taking some on location/outdoor pictures. We took her pictures at the Smyrna High School softball field to highlight her school spirit. Additionally, we took some pictures at her house and used a beautiful orange sunset as a background for these pictures.
When asked why she wanted to include a sunset in her senior portraits, Angela told us: “I love sunsets because they have warm colors in
them. Warm colors are kinda like me. They are kind and caring and soft. But, the darker shades of them show a sense of strength and faith. I’d love to watch the sunset on a beach, back roads and everywhere else. They are just so beautiful.” There is no denying how beautiful these pictures of her turned out.
The great thing about senior portraits is
that this is the student’s chance to truly express everything they felt in high school. Great ways to do it are through sports pictures, going to local spots you visit a lot, and especially taking pictures in the comfort of your own backyard.
It’s never too late for the class of 2013 to come by our studio and take senior portraits! Last year, we had students taking pictures up to a week before they graduated. While we hope you find the courage to stop by sooner than this, we are happy to work with students from any high school and at any time.
