We have great options for in studio portraits but there are some fantastic locations that are great local places for portraits.
Beach Family Portraits
This is a classic look for many family portraits. We take family portraits at the Delaware beaches such as Cape Henlopen State Park, Gordon’s Pond in Lewes, and Bowers Beach. This is an option for a fun family that enjoys the coast and reflects an adventurous style. These portraits can be done formally or with a more relaxed such as these pictures depict. Coordinating outfits is always important and with beach portraits it works to match shirt colors such as white or black t shirts. The best part of family portraits taken at the beach is that your family can enjoy the sand and surf together after your portrait session is complete.
The barn is a local gem located near our studio in Clayton Delaware. Art’s philosophy was to never let anything go to waste. The Green Barn is made of recycled materials and 
powered by solar panels, which is wonderful for the environment. As great as that is in itself, an even better thing is that you can rent it for 
your next event such as next anniversaries, Birthdays, Business meetings or retreats. You can contact Art directly through his website and things can be negotiated from there. Escudero Photography is so fortunate to have a working relationship with the owner of this unique location in our hometown.
There are many parks in the Delaware area, but the favorite of Escudero Photography is Big Oak Park in Smyrna Delaware. It’s considered a local portrait session, so there would be no travel fee for this location. It’s another adventurous and family friendly spot to take some great photographs. The location is so versatile thanks to the slides and swings in one part and the beautiful trees and bridge nearby.
